JKFMPHWA holds meeting, highlights issues

Jammu, Nov 28: An urgent meeting of Jammu Kashmir Female Multipur-pose Health Worker Association Jammu province was held under the chairmanship of Neelam Kumari President FMPHW and Sushil Sudan President JKMEF at Federation Office DHS Complex Jammu and discussed most important issue concerning FMPHW, such as a deputation of FMPHWs alongwith the leaders of JKMEF met with Advisor(K) Vijay Kumar I/C Health and Medical Education.
The Advisor (K) Vijay Kumar listened patiently and assured to the leaders of the associations led by Neelam Kumari President and assured the demands will be solve within two months after studying the issues.
Meanwhile after some days the Director Family Welfare who was also present in the meeting forwarded a letter in which 317 posts of LHVs recommended on the pattern of Govt. Of India on every six sub centers on LHV shall be posted.
The Director Family Welfare also promoted 10 LHVs OPG with charge allowance who are also trained LHVs as per seniority in presence of Director Family Welfare J&K and Director Health Services, Jammu in the meeting of Hon'ble Advisor (K) Sh. Vijay Kumar Committed the salary of 2211 head will be released before Diwali such as 6th of Nov. but nothing has been done till date in this regard.
However the salary of all striking employees also be released therefore as discussed in the meeting and also it is discussed the post of Health Educator and Extension Educator will be given to the 50-50% respectively.
