BJP may find new faces for upcoming LA polls

JAMMU, Nov 28: The State BJP will likely replace majority of it's candidates in coming Assembly poll in J&K in view of their dismal performance and public ire against their non performance.
Sources said party High Command has conveyed the same to State leadership and urged it to be on look out for the young and dedicated party activists so that there can not be any delay in selection of candidates after announcement of Assembly Elections in the State by Election Commission of India.
Sources said the party is also not happy with the working of some State in charges from India and replace them also to get a proper feedback about the working of the party in the State.
Sources said the High Command soon after the completion of election process in three States may turn towards J&K and ask it furnish the list of three candidates from each Constituency including the MLAs of recently dissolved Assembly. After going through the list the selection will be made on the basis of merits of every candidate.
Sources said honesty will be main criteria for selection of candidates.
Sources said BJP High Command including party president, Amit Shah has received many complaints from various areas of the State about the non performances of their MLAs.
Sources said party has also been asked by it's workers not to thrust outside candidate on any Constituency as this decision has harmed the cause of people in those constituencies.
Sources said High Command soon after the completion of poll process in the State will hold meeting with senior party leaders from the State to finalise the issue.
Sources said party is already annoyed over the style of functioning of it's ex legislators and it has also charge sheeted one of it's ex legislators also.
Sources said with the talks making round in BJP circles the outgoing MLAs have started lobbying and contacting senior leadership in Union Capital.
