Delhi, Nov 29: On the day two stumps of the Ranji match Jammu and Kashmir team finished the day with 151 for 6 and are trailing by 42 runs against team Services of Round 4, Elite Group C at Delhi on Thursday. Resuming the play on the second day, team Services lost all the wickets in the first session of the morning. Services were 131 for three on day one and by the first session were 252 for all out in their first innings of the match. For the Team Services, Anshul Gupta was the highest scorer. He scored 59 in 150 balls, with seven boundaries in his name. Navneet Gupta and Gahlaut Rahul Singh paid helping hand to the team by scoring 58 and 40 runs.
The tail Enders Nitin Tanwar and Diwesh Pathania added fifty runs to the tally of Team Services. For the team Jammu and Kashmir, Captain Parveez Rasool was the pick of the bowlers. Rasool took eight wickets in his 33 overs by giving 85 runs.
Trailing the score 157 runs, Jammu and Kashmir team continued their clumsy first inning batting mark. Shubam Khajuria was the first scalp at the score of 19, followed by the wicket of Ahmed Banday. Irfan Pathan could not trouble the scoreboard and fell cheaply for 2 runs.
