| In response of the press statement to solve the so called Kashmir issue and unilateral cease fire had no solution, issued by valley based one of the stipendiary Pak lobby members, working for Pak cause in the State especially in the valley, Hurriyat Maulvi Mirwaiz Umar Farooq dated 18th May 2018, in the media. His whimsical pleading by the self styled manner without any legal ground does not convince the world people; hence his ambiguous and ground less assertion has no weight and is refuted once for all.
His other simultaneous statement issued on 19th May 2018, wherein he asserted that economic privilege job allurement, cannot satisfy to them till their demand was not taken in view. He should know that the National government is doing a lot for their economic communication agriculture, education that is in all angles for the State people, in that event, the people along with their youths were excited in the name of religion for Pak cause by thrusting gruesome violence and bloodshed, to mislead the people, with the explanation that problem in Kashmir was not administrative in nature, related to roads, inauguration of tunnels, power Projects or jobs but it was a dispute directly linked to political status of tens of Jammu and Kashmir and needed to be resolved as per the will and aspiration of these people.
The whimsical pricking agitation at the behest of Pak ruling directors at the cost of Indian sovereignty has started under the pretext of political issue, which has already been settled long ago. The Pak knows that on legal and historical ground, it would never be able to stake its claim to capture the state, except gang warfare with muscle and military power, therefore it evade to settle the issue through negotiations.
Apart from that, National Government keeping in view of their will and aspirations made accords one after other. The first accord was made in 1950, between Pt. Nehru and Abdullah on the political relations. The second in 1975 between Indira Gandhi and Sheikh Abdullah who brought him back to power after a long gap of 22 yr and third was made in 1981, between Rajiv Gandhi and Dr Farooq Abdullah Afterwards in 2003, one more accord was made between Manmohan Singh and Mufti Mohd Sayed in 2008, accord was made between Manmohan Singh and Dr Abdullah in 2015, one more accord was made between BJP and Mufti Mohd Sayed called PDP and BJP Agenda of alliance.
How may accords Mirwaiz has needed. It is not feasible to enter in to accord and accord after every generation. That would be a cruel joke. The Kashmir Muslims are neither a special type of human begins of laying golden eggs, nor special blood is circulating in their veins. They are not the special human beings but they are just like the Muslims, who have been living in the other parts of the country. India is a heterogeneous country, where minorities are treated with equal rights. In case the formula of Mirwaiz is taken in view, the Muslims of southern parts of India, the north-eastern States and the Bengat would be liable to get same political eights, in that event integrity of the nation would be jeopardized to the level of disintegration. In the light of that Mirwaiz should himself consider the consequences of the country. In case of strict adamant and to deliver own parroted sermon unethically, the situation would go from had to worst.
He should know that the political status of Jammu and Kashmir State has been settled at the time of Accession to India in 1947, which was recognized world over, besides that the UN Security council had admitted the State sovereignty over India Pakistan was branded as an aggressor country. By ignoring that worldwide recognized fact and to repeat the long ago same settled issue is a senseless.
It the light of that chapter of J&K State history, no power of the world can change its political status except disastrous war. That state is an integral part of India and is well in its sovereignty. No question is raised to discuss over it, as such it is a non negotiable issue. To campaign likewise meaningless deceptive propagandas at the behest of Pakistan cannot change its legal and historical facts. He should know that neither Pakistan nor its valley based stipendiary lobby can discuss the sovereignty of the State over India. The only dispute with Pakistan is to surrender its State occupied territory grabbed during aggression including Gilgit Agency as requested in representation submitted by India to UN Security Council.
Mirwaiz under the patronization of Pakistan one of the stipendiary members of valley based Pak lobby may go vide Pak signal to vitiate situation and disturb peace and harmony, but he cannot change its political status and convince internationally that Kashmir is a political issue and to be solved politically.
He and his Pak-mentors have no solid argument to justify their stand to convince on international level. it is well known that whenever Pak representative to UNO raise Kashmir issue by leveling charges of Human Rights violations and other baseless suppression of Kashmiri people against India, at very moment Indian Representative to UNO, snubbed and confused in his return reply, which is on the record.
Pak representative proposed tin his statement to resolve the Kashmir issue either through implementing the UN resolution or negotiations between India, Pakistan and Kashmiri leaders. The Kashmir has no merit now to find new fate through UN resolution in the light of settled issue, because of UNO had absolved all responsibilities of its J&K State relating resolutions in the light of Simla agreement, declared by its President internationally that Kashmir relating all its resolutions had now no weight in the light of Simla agreement.
To clamour for UN resolution relating to plebiscite, Mirwaiz should know that Pak did not comply with its instructions to vacate the territory from its forces and alien people, as well as to provide the congenial atmosphere for plebiscite but it had evaded despite remainders. Keeping in view of its negative attitude, the issue was closed once for all. After so many decades much water has flown to change the physical status of the state, Pak valley based lobby has raised the same demand, which was rejected already by Pakistan that is now not possible. In the absence of the actual status of the States plebiscite has lost all relevance. It was conditional and not for ever. The plebiscite is itself not useful but multiplies the problems. It does not originate remedial measures as declared by the world powers, diplomats and intellectuals bails of the world.
Mirwaiz tried to befool the people to justify his statement referred to above that the youths had been pushed to the wall and forced to pick up gun. He should refresh his mind that appearing blood spate in the drain was his own creation of violent brutal strategy only, who was provoked in the name of jihad for slaughter the minorities to suppress the state for its ceding for tis political control.
He along with his criminal colleagues would never be exonesoted of committing disobediences of moral laws of the divine command to play blood spilling fame on the land of pious valley at the cost of innocent people by using them as their shield to achieve its hateful communal foal for whabism. He along with his criminal partners pushed out, by using convulsive techniques 4 lakhs Kashmiri indigenous pandits from the valley resulting in they left their ancestral properties along with agricultural lands and orchards, hundreds were buttered barbarously committed loot and plunder, sexual assaults and freely raped to the extent of satiate their desire, to clean the valley from the minorities to establish Nizam-e-Mustfa for calipha rule under two nation theory of MA Jinnah. On one day of the future, be along with his criminal colleagues would have to stand for explanation for that crime of heinous and lamenting voice of women for not outraged her modesty.
On the other day i.e. 19th May 2018, he told that Kashmir issue was not due to deficit of good governance or lack of development.
The problem in Kashmir was administrative in nature, related to roads inauguration of tunnels, power projects or jobs, that could be addressed, thus nor was it a law and order issue to be handled by repression, but it was a dispute directly linked to the political future of tens of millions of the citizens of Jammu and Kashmir and needed to be resolved as per the will and aspiration of these people. Which is an ambiguous and an absurd at all Mirwaiz may go to maximum length whatever may be for terror propaganda blood spilling chance and to make shield of innocent youths on the plea of incentive for his drama show which passed on India to defame it internationally of the so called suppression of the people and human rights violations even then he never would have been able to touch the constitutional binding of India and State. On which ground he would plead dreaming demand of aspiration and the so called political issue of the State which should be specified by him before he fool the people for whabism to establish Muslims state for Kahalifa by eliminating minorities.
The logic pleaded by him has no merit to view for the ruling leaders of India. It was an absurd the Pak ruling leaders and its valley based Pak-spies who are ambitious to swallow the State either ganging muscle power, army force or conceiving self styled ambiguous unauthentic political issue without any base in the light of so many accords mentioned above with the Kashmiri ruling leaders according to their aspirations, what more he want, that is superfluous, not has any merit to be taken to keep in view. It is ironical the political issue of the State as is uttered by Mirwaiz had already been desisted with Sheikh Abdullah, while entered in to accord with Pt. Nehru and Dr Farooq Abdullah and other chief ministers especially Mufti Mohd Sayed or Mehbooba Mufti only Mirwaiz, who is Maulvi, preacher of Islam tenet and not a stakeholder or public representative has worked out only to term Kashmir was a political issue after so many decades in the light of the state accession which has no merit to view it. He has no legal right to raise ambiguous issues. He should be a warred that those all grain pastures shown by him have no ground in the light of Simla agreement and resolved all issues which are needed through bilaterally. |
