Future secured Modi Scales 2019
1/10/2019 9:14:46 PM
R.B. Suri

Prior to January 7, it was believed that Modi's government is crumbling as the there was a big decline in its popularity across the length and breadth of the country as was evident from the fact that BJP had a major jolt in the 5states of the country - MP, Rajathan, Chhatisgarh, Talangana and Mizoram. It lost power in the states of MP, Rajathan, Chhatisgarh which was a great concern for the leadership of the BJP and NDA.
The readers of this esteemed paper must be knowing that I were the major critic of Modi's policies and from the core of my heart, I were writing the numerous articles against his dictatorial style of functioning and the recent article of mine was published in this esteemed paper under the caption as " Modi's thrown is crumbling" on December 12 last year. In this article, I had tried to express from the inner core of my heart that Modi's thrown is crumbling and at the end of the article, it was written clearly that under the prevailing circumstances, it is obvious that Narender Modi would play the RAM CARD as the trump card to win over the situation in order to grasp the power at the centre once again in 2019. Therefore, PM Modi would be coming up with a new Law in connection with Ram Temple at Ayodhia within days.
Immediately After the fall of its governments in the states of MP, Rajathan and Chhatisgarh as also seeing the gravity of the poor performance in Talangana and Mizoram, the leadership of BJP made the introspection of the factors leading to its defeat drastically in these states and applied the mind coolly and came out with the the major breaking news that Modi's government would come with a bill for granting of the 10 percent reservation in jobs and the admissions into educational institutions to the people of this country whose income is less than 8 lacs per annum, in the both the houses of the Indian parliament on January 8. In order to save its position and the skin in the event of non construction Ram Mandir in Ayodhia,BJP thought for devising a strategy in bringing of this bill. BJP put the challenge to all the political parties of the country and the test to vote in favour or against the bill of 10 percent reservations to the Swarns with annual income of less than 10 Lakhs. Prior to the passage of Modi's throne was crumbling like any thing and based upon the introspection done by the BJP after the fall of its governments in Rajasthan, MP and Chhatisgarh, BJP put the existences pf the other opposition parties in danger by bringing this bill for legislation. There was a big question mark on their political survival on the Indian polity. Accordingly the bill, in question, was tabled in the Lok Sabha by Thawar Chand Gehlot on Tuesday with the permission of the Speaker Sumitra Mahajan who was kind enough to fix the debate by the members of the Lok Sabha at 5 pm in the Indian Parliament. It came under discussions and the various Parliamentarians - Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, Thawar Chand Gehlot BJP, Ram Vilas Paswan LJSP, K. Thomas INC, Anand Rao Shiv Sena and others took part in the deliberations and the said bill was passed by 323 votes in the Lok Sabha. Only three MPs voted against the said bill. On Wednesday, the same bill was presented in the Rajya Sabha by Thawar Chand Gehlot and it was debated for more than ten hours and the same was passed by the Rajya Sabha at 10.25 pm at night. 165 MPs voted in favour of the bill and only seven MPs voted against it. Various prominent MPs- Thawar Chand Gehlot, Ram Gopal Yadav of SP , Anand Sharma of INC and others took part in the deliberations. Since the bill, in question, stands passed by both the houses of the Indian Parliament and now it will go to the President of India for giving his nod to the passed bill, After getting the nod from the nod , it will become the law of the land. Really, 9th January has become the historical day in the parliamentary history of the Indian parliamentary system. With the passage of the bill, BJP has stabilized its position for all times to come in the political set up in the country and now without going for the construction of Ram Mandir it can win over the situation and grasping the power once again at the centre under the dynamic command of Narender Modi for another five years.
It is pertinent to mention here that with great pump and show Narender Modi took the command and control of this great country in 2014 with the active involvement of one Baba who is a yoga master- Swamy Ram Dev and a Gandhjan Anna Hazaare. Both of these so called non political entities took the country at ransom against Indian National Congress (INC) and having travelled widely across the length and breadth of the country, mobilized the people in favour of BJP and ultimately they succeeded resulting which BJP under the banner of NDA captured the power under the Prime Ministership of Narender Modi at the centre after having secured more than 336 Lok Sabha seats in the Indian Parliament. Having seen the bad performance of the Modi's government over the issues of rising prices, failure in bringing of the black money back in the country from the various foreign banks both of these stalwarts are presently maintaining the distance from Modi's government and rather they have undergone 'Hibernation' indeed.
In Lok Sabha elections in 2014, Narinder Modi's charisma prevailed all over the country and finally BJP on its own remained successful in attaining the absolute majority in the Lok Sabha and its strength of MPs crossed more than 336 under the banner of NDA and its opponent political parties and their allies could not even cross 100 MP seats in Lok Sabha and rather INC and its partners reduced to the skeleton under UPA. The reason was that UPA-II was hit with the various scams as also and its government was total failure and unstable. With their wonderful techniques and methods, Ram Dev and Annaji managed the affairs in convincing the people of the country at large against the Dr. Manmohan Singh's government at the Centre.
A major show of strength has been shown by Vishav Hindu Parishad (VHP)-a specialized agency of RSS which had organized massive DHARAM SABHA of Saints, Sadhus and the Karsewaks at Ram Leela Maidanin New Delhion December 8 in connection with the issue of construction of Ram Mandir at Ayodhia in UP. It was tailored by RSS in support of Modi government, which has already lost the confidence of the people across the country. There was a sharp decline in BJP popularity across the country as was evident from the reports of the media personnel after DHARAM SABHA of Saints, Sadhus and the Karsewaks assembled at Ram Leela Maidan New Delhi warned the Modi government to bring a specific law enabling the people to construct a beautiful Ram Mandir at Ayodhia at the earliest without waiting for the verdict from the Apex Court over the petitions pending before the same.
Pertinent to mention here that on the Demonetization of currency notes of Rs . 1000 and Rs. 500, Modi government had not allowed Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to act freely and independently and its Governor was totally sidelined as it had not happened earlier after the country attained the Independence in 1947.
BIP remained as the major looser in this game merely because of the factors of Arbitrary ness, undue interference in the Constitutional Bodies of the Government of India, Anti incumbancy, GST and unwanted alliance with pro separatists/Pak, Hurriayat group PDP in J&K.
On December 10, RBI Governor Urjit Patel announced his resignation from the post of Governor as he was feeling suffocation under the Modi government. Being a good citizen of the country having remained on the post of Governor RBI, he is obligation to tell the nation as to what were the reasons compelling him to resign from the prestigious post. This is what the people of the country want to know from him? Let him put the record straight for the historians for their reference and research.
It is also worth mentioning here that the special Bench of the Apex Court is starting its hearing frpm today and onwards in the Ayodhia case pending since long. Now with the passage of the bill for granting of 10 percent reservations to the people ( upper classes) of the land whose income per annum is less than 8 lacs. By having the bill, in question, adopted by both the houses of the Indian parliament, the Union Government headed by the Prime Minister Narender Modi in no case has any sort of danger to its existence and even after Lok Sabha Polls which are already on the doors. The Indian system of the Parliamentary Democracy have proved its credibility as is evident from the fact that the majority of the political parties on the Indian polity have come on the same page for the benefits of the needy and eligible people of the country. Now it is believed that Modi government would not bring any Ordinance with regard to the construction of Ram Mandir but instead will wait for the judicial verdict of the Supreme Court of India.
Some sort of injustice to the Scheduled Tribes( STs) would be there with the passage of the bill, in question, as at the moment they are entitled for 7.50 percent reservation but on the contrary with the passage of this bill, all others would be entitled for 10 percent reservation and certainly it is a matter of serious concern which be removed ( injustice) or rectified at the earliest possible.
