Ex MLA inaugurates works

jammu, Jan 10: Former Minister and legislator Sat Sharma (CA) today inaugurated works for upgradation of lane at Sector 1, Near Shiv Shakti Mandir, Pamposh Colony in Ward no. 38 of Jammu West Assembly Constituency today.
He was accompanied by Corporator Ward no. 38 Surinder Sharma, District President BJP Ayodhya Gupta, Mandal Preseident BJP Vijay Sharma, Local residents, social and political activists of the area. The funds for these works were sanctioned through Constituency Development Fund (CDF) during Sharma's tenure as MLA.
The estimated cost of works is Rupees 6.07 Lakhs which includes upgradation of lane by paver tiles which will be done under the supervision of Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC).
Addressing the gathering, Sharma said that upgradation of lane was a long pending demand of the residents of sector 1 as the lane was badly damaged during rainy season.
Reiterating his commitment to the all round development of Jammu West Constituency, he mentioned that many development works are in the pipeline and have been tendered by the concerned authorities on which works will start soon.
District President BJYM Ashish Sharma, Raveesh Mengi, Lalit Luthra, Jyoti Sharma, Trilok Singh, HN Chana, Javed Rana, Abbas, CM Chawla, JK Kher, Rakesh Jandyal, Sandeep Dogra and many other were present on the occasion.
