AJKLTF celebrates Kartavya Bodh Divas Karyakaram

REASI, Jan 29: All Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh Teachers Federation under the banner of Akhil Bhartiya Rashtriya Shaikshik Mahasangh, Reasi Unit celebrated Kartavya Bodh Divas Karyakaram in which the Teachers, eminent educationists and citizens participated .
In this programme Deputy Commissioner Reasi Dr Sagar Dattaray Doifode was the chief Guest and Rattan Sharma State General Secretary of Federation was the Chief Spokesperson during the occasion .
Shaikshik Mahasangh celebrated Kartavya Bodh Divas programme in January between the Birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda and Netaji Subash Chander Bose in all over the country every year . The same programme was celebrated by the Reasi unit of the Federation. The programme was started by lighting of the traditional lamp and flowering on the pictures of Saraswati Mata, Bharat Mata, Swami Vivekananda and Neta Subash Chandra Bose by the Chief guests. Rakesh Sharma sang Saraswati Bandhana and presented detailed objectives and background of Shaikshik Mahasangh.
Rattan Sharma State General Secretary, during his address as a chief Spokesperson said that the main purpose to celebrate Kartavya Bodh Divas karyakaram is not only to aware the teachers but also to aware the whole society about our duties and responsibilities towards the students, education, society and nation .
He said that due to our values, culture and tradition; India was called the Vishav Guru and also Golden sparrow at that time. India was the Intellectual and educational hub and many students and people from foreign countries came here to receive the education.
They should uphold and preserve the thousands of years old Indian Guru values, culture and tradition,which developed Ancient India as a model society. Since time immemorial, the Gurus/Teachers/Acharyas always kept the nation ahead by giving effective education based on Indian tradition, culture and values. Due to the hard and tough work of our Gurus, India produced several Rishis and great personalities.
Deputy Commissioner Reasi Dr Sagar Dattaray Doifode who was the Chief Guest said that we are the respectable and responsible persons of society, we should work with full dedication, honesty, sincerity, zeal and enthuasism . This is the main motive behind the celebration of Kartavya Bodh Divas programme.
He appreciated the the efforts of the Shaikshik Mahasangh's for organising such programme for the holy cause of society and nation. He said that the Shaikshik Mahasangh is the only organisation in the country which is conducting different types of programmes for awareness, motivation and inspiration of the teachers and society. He equated the role of teachers in the present era with the Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh as narrated in the ancient Indian Education System. He said that the first Guru in every one's life his/her is mother.
