KISHTWAR, Jan 29: Congress Commmitee Kishtwar and Youth Congress Kishtwar led by Wassim Maker Assembly President Youth Congress Kishtwar J&K and Thakur Randeep Bhandari Senior Congress Leader Kishtwar felicitate newly appointed District President NSUI Kishtwar Umar Mingnoo.
While addressing both Maker and Bhandari highlights the achievement made by Congress in J&K and request the youth to join the hand of congress for the development of the area.
While speaking Umar Mingnoo thanks Shabdab Khan All India Secretary NSUI, State President NSUI J&K Raqiq Ahmed Khan, Randeep Bhandari, Wassim Maker and Anuj Manhas for appointing me as District President NSUI Unit Kishtwar and assured that i will work for the students of Kishtwar day and night.
