| DPS Nagbani organizes Inter-House skit competition on Patriotism | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Jan 29: Delhi Public School Nagbani, Jammu- (West) organized a skit competition on the theme 'Patriotism' in which all the four houses of the school namely Jhelum, Tawi, Ganga and Chenab took enthusiastic part which was held in the school premises.
The patriotic fervour of the students could be seen in their performances. The audiences were thrilled to see the excellence with which the students displayed their talent. Jehlum House was declared as the winner of the competition. It was emerging to see the clarity of dialogues' delivery and the confidence with which they made the audiences aware of patriotism through their item to pay homage to the unsung heroes who laid down their lives for the benefit of the nation.
Speaking on the occasion, Aarti Gupta-school coordinator said that she was pleased to see the way the students have showed their respect to the nation. She said that the aim of organizing such type of competitions is to make the students aware how the freedom of the nation was achieved. She concluded by saying that this spirit of patriotism should kindle same flame of sacrifice in the hearts of the young students. |
