Mahendru joins Congress, party gets shot in the arm 1/29/2019 11:44:03 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, Jan 29: Congress on Tuesday got a shot in its arm after former Commissioner Provident Fund Kamal Mahendru joined the party in the presence of President of J&K Pradesh Congress Committee G A Mir. One day convention of Congress workers of west assembly constituency was organized by J&K Pradesh Congress Committee at Shakti Nagar Jammu. The event was organized by Gen Secretary Manmohan Singh. The President in his speech said the joining of Mahendru into the party fold shall strengthen the hands of JKPCC in J&K and shall help to party workers to work with more zeal for the upcoming Lok Sabha and Assembly Elections.
