Music album Aehee launched, awards distributed

Jammu, Feb 4: Harmony Cultural Foundation in association with Harmony India celebrated 5th anniversary and Birth Anniversary of Late P.N Kaul Sayil today at Abhinav Theater. The programme was followed by Harmony India Awards 2019 in various categories of Literature, Art, Music, and released of Kashmiri album Aahee. The chief guest of the event was Chander Mohan Gupta, Mayor Jammu. The Aahee musical album is a musical version of the book 'Aahee' written by poet of J&K Prithvi Math Kaul Sayil The poetry is representation of Kashmiri Pandits marriage tradition depicting the ethos and grandeur of traditional rituals performed specially during the marriage time. The songs have been composed and designed into musical form with traditional folk instruments and rhythm patterns by Singer Composer Saurabh Zadoo with Neeraja Pandit, Deepali Wattal, Sushma Kalla, Lovely Chandra, Saurabh Zadoo and Dalip Langoo.
Harmony India Award recipients for the 2019 are Ashok Pandit, kiran wattal, Dk Ganjoo, Avtar Bhat, Krishan Langoo, ON Kaul, Mushtaq Kak, Virjee Sumbly, Waheed Jeelani, Aditya Raj Kaul, Rahul Bhat, Akshay Labroo, Rakesh Roshan Bhat.
Chief guest of the event was Chander Mohan Gupta ( Mayor Jammu City). Prominent personalities like Sushil Pandit, Sanjay Saraf, Dr. Agnishekhar, Romesh Hangloo, Prof. RL Shant, Sunil Khan etc. appreciated the efforts of Harmony India. The event was hosted by Kusum Tikoo Ravinder Kaul, Bindiya Raina Tikoo.
