This influential teacher was deputed in the RDD department in the year 2002-2003 during PDP-Congress government and since then continuously enjoying the political patronage from various quarters as this influential teacher knows the art of molding himself with different political regime that emerges in the state of Jammu and Kashmir in last 18 years and the latest case of his being shield by the officials at the helm of the affairs could be judged from the fact that majority of the employees who were deputed to various departments has been recalled by the departments in response to the directions issued by the government last year.
