Jammu, Feb 9: Pankhuri Aggarwal, alumna of Delhi Public School, Jammu, batch 2009 brought laurels to the school by writing her first poem book "The Petals of Reminiscence: A Step Back in Time".
It is a poetic collection of 101 poems, which is a contemporary antidote offering candid explorations over the scuffling questions of how to find the true purpose of life, what is life without love, what does it mean to be lonesome, why do we seek out for connections.
Pankhuri gives the credit of her success to her past days spent at DPS Jammu. She thanked her teachers for instilling the creative literary streak in her during the early years of her life. Pankhuri is a Gold Medalist in English Literature. She has completed her M.Phil and is currently pursuing her Ph.D in English Literature from University of Jammu.
Principal, DPS Jammu Ruchi Chabra congratulated Pankhuri for her achievement and encouraged her to continue her literary pursuits with same zeal. |
