Extension lecture organized at YCET

Jammu, Feb 9: Yogananda College of Engineering & Technology (YCET), Jammu organized an extension lecture for the students of B.E. 6th semester on the topic "Art of Happy Living".
The lecture was delivered by B.K Bharat Bhushan, Director of Gyan Mansarovar Academy & Holistic Excellence Panipat, Haryana. He is presently managing 40 Brahma Kumari Centres in Panipat and is a national award winner. He highlighted the fact that real happiness is an internal strength that stems from the practice of right thinking. He encouraged the young technocrats by reminding them that the destiny of happiness is always within reach. While interacting with budding engineers he said that firstly we have to find "Who am I?. He familiarized the students with the 7cs of life which comprises Calmness, Courage, Control, Contentment, Cheerfulness, Confidence and Concentration. He said that Obstacles and problems come in our life but meditation and positive attitude give the courage to face any situation.
Dr. Arvind Dewangan, Director YCET, Dr.V.K. Koul, Dean YCETand Er. B.R Verma, Chief Coordinator and faculty members were present on the occasion.
