Mendhar, Feb 10: Power Development Department (PDD) Mendhar is well known for its scams since long as many people are using power without paying tariff whereas others are forced to pay double tariff.
According to the sources, two bills are issued to the name of a citizen and his wife who are living under a single roof. The id number 0107040022161 is issued to Kamal Kapoor and very next i,e 0107040022162 is issued to his wife Shanti Kapoor. These two bills of same family and home posed the scams of PDD Mendhar. Locals accused PDD Mendhar and urged upon governor Satya Pal Malik to conduct an inquiry into the matter and take strict and appropriate action against negligent officials at earliest. |
