KOTRANKA, Feb 10: Police on Sunday morning arrested an absconder who was evading his arrest in a case of rape and kidnapping from last eleven years. On the basis of information of District Special Branch, a team of police from Kandi police station headed by SHO Manzoor Kohli raided a location and suceeded in arresting one absconder wanted in case FIR No. 128/2007 under sections 363, 376 RPC of Police Station Kandi. Accused has been identified as Talib Hussain son of Mattu Khan resident of Barsala Tehsil koteranka aged 35 years.
He was evading arrest since 2007. |
