Kotranka police arrested an absconder after 11 years 2/10/2019 11:29:02 PM Agencies KOTRANKA, Feb 10: Police on Sunday morning arrested an absconder who was evading his arrest in a case of rape and kidnapping from last eleven years. On the basis of information of District Special Branch, a team of police from Kandi police station headed by SHO Manzoor Kohli raided a location and suceeded in arresting one absconder wanted in case FIR No. 128/2007 under sections 363, 376 RPC of Police Station Kandi. Accused has been identified as Talib Hussain son of Mattu Khan resident of Barsala Tehsil koteranka aged 35 years.
