Our operations against militants will continue. We will ensure that peaceful polls are held in the state," the official said. This is a new strategy to create a fear psychosis among policemen and the political workers," he said. The official said that militants have set several panchayat ghars on fire. This all is to derail the democratic process," the official said. The Jammu and Kashmir police and CRPF have been fighting at the forefront along with army and paramilitary with militants.
