Jammu, Feb 17: State administration ordered a reshuffle of middle rung officers todayincluding 13 KAS officers. As per the order of the GAD, Narinder Singh Bali, KAS, Special Secretary to the Government, Information Department, is transferred and posted as Secretary in the J&K State Information Commission.
Ajaz Ahmad Bhat, KAS, Special Secretary to the Government, Labour and Employment Department, presently deployed in the Winter Secretariat, Srinagar, is transferred and posted as Director, Horticulture, Kashmir. He shall continue to hold the charge of Special Secretary in the Winter Secretariat, Srinagar.
Choudhary Rashid Azam Inqalabi, KAS, Special Secretary to the Government, Higher Education Department, under orders of transfer as Special Secretary to the Government, Transport Department having additional charge of Special Secretary in the Secretariat of Road Safety Council, shall continue as Special Secretary to the Government, Higher Education Department.
Ashok Kumar Pandita, KAS, Secretary in the J&K State Information Commission, is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Information Department.
Manzoor Ahmad Qadri, KAS, Director, Horticulture, Kashmir, is transferred and posted as Secretary, J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examinations, J&K, on the retirement on superannuation of the present incumbent on 28.02.2019. Till such time, he will report to the General Administration Department.
Dr. Mehraj-ud-Din Rather, KAS, Additional District Development Commissioner, Srinagar, is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs.
Dr. Abdul Salam Mir, KAS, Additional Commissioner in the office of Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, holding the additional charge of Executive Officer, J&K State Haj Committee, is transferred and posted as Director, Sheep Husbandry, Kashmir, on deputation basis. He shall continue to hold the additional charge of the post of Executive Officer, J&K State Haj Committee, till further orders.
Purnima Mittal, KAS, Joint Director (Administration) in the Directorate of Rural Development, Kashmir, is transferred and posted as Additional District Development Commissioner, Srinagar.
Tasaduq Hussain Mir, KAS, Officer on Special Duty with Advisor (K) to the Governor, is transferred and posted as Additional Commissioner in the office of Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir.
Krishan Lai, KAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Poonch, is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary in the Governor's Secretariat.
Deep Raj, KAS, Regional Transport Officer, Jammu, is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Department of Forest, Ecology and Environment.
Dhananter Singh, KAS, Additional Secretary in the Governor's Secretariat, is transferred and posted as Regional Transport Officer, Jammu.
Jagdish Chander, KAS, Chief Executive Officer, Katra Development Authority, is transferred and posted as Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board, on deputation basis.
Rigzin Spalgon, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Durbuk, under orders of transfer as Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Leh, shall continue as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Durbuk.
