KP Blood Bank conducts seminar-cum-awareness camp

JAMMU, Mar 24: The celebrating journey imbibes inspiration in youths for donating blood. The awareness was given to the hundreds of people who thronged the venue from different nooks and corners of the city. The programme started with the citation of lamp by chief guests Sameer Mattoo- Director Health Services Jammu and IGP CRPF V K Singh with a musical flute as a tribute to brave martyrs of Pulwama who attained martyrdom recently for the savior of motherland which was followed with slide presentation by initiator and founder of KPBB Ashwani Sadhu who appraised the gathering of the latest information and unknown facts relating to blood requirements to the needy people.
Sadhu emphasized on the KPBB voluntary team that they are saving lives regardless of religion ,caste and creed and helping anyone with open arms. He further liked to appreciate the zeal and enthusiasm of voluntary blood donors, who are now well spread ,across globe and are participating in such, noble cause whole heartedly at their respective places.
One more attraction in the mega event of KPBB was Nukad Show by Vomedh Rangmanch (National level professional Theatre Artist) under the direction of Rohit Bhat founder of Vomedh Rangmach as the artists tried to convey message awareness of voluntary blood donations among masses in need.
Sensational voice of India Stazin Edzes(Barbie) enthralled the jam packed audience with her melodious voice by singing a patriotic song.
Catalog of KP Blood bank was released by the dignitaries which later on was distributed to masses present there.
On the occasion, star performers Award were presented to Sandeep Tickoo, Deepak Bhat, Akshay Koul, Mohit Sumbly, Sunil Bhat, Veena Bhat Pandita, Satish Dhar, Rita Dhar, Sunny Thusoo, Meenakshi Kaul, Vikram Koul, Dr. Pankaj Koul, Vikas Pandita, Dimple Koul, Ravinder Tickoo, Gitika Bajaj, Sanjay Raina , Ramesh Koul, Sunny Mohan Sadhu and Jotika Koul Sadhu.
KPBB also gave Award of gratitude to Ashram Swami Nand Bab Sahib, Shree Akakh Sahiba Trust, Ajay Takoo (Owner Asha Bhawan Banquet), Vomedh Rangmanch, Stenzin Edzes (Barbie- singing sensation of India), Bindia Raina Tickoo ( Renowed Anchor), Shriya Sadhu, Lavi Sadhu, Falak Koul and Kashvi Tickoo for their performances
