Despite MCC, Health Deptt installs hoarding to highlight Govt schemes

Kishtwar, Mar 24: In a brazen violation of Model Code of Conduct, the Health Department Officials in Kishtwar installed a huge hoarding at ever busy Dak Banglow chowk highlighting the Central Government run schemes and thus mocking the direction of Election Commission of India.
As per the details available with "Early Times" the District Health Society, Kishtwar installed a huge hoarding outside Dak Banglow Kishtwar highlighting the health related scheme "Ayushman Bharat" under National Health Protection Mission under which the BJP government claim free Medical Treatment of five lakhs per family beside had made the claim that more than 50 Crore citizens of the country.
The banner also highlighted the "Pradan Mantari Jan Arogya Yojna" for secondary and tertiary care hospitalization besides the hoarding also displayed an overall achievement under "About PM Jay" as a part of Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India promotion program.
The hoarding which according to the locals had been installed only few days ago also carried the official logo of Government of Jammu and Kashmir.
Surprisingly the hoarding was installed alongside with the banners and hoardings of Election Commissioner of India promoting mass awareness on voting, VVPAT, EVMs and importance of voting in elections and the role and responsibilities of common citizens towards the nation.
It is pertinent to mention that District Administration Kishtwar was forced to remove the flags of BJP from public places including Kishtwar Chowghan ground few days ago after National Conference lodged complaint with the authorities and accuses District Election authorities off toeing the line of BJP.
