As per the details available with Early Times, the fresh MCC violation is being witnessed within the jurisdiction of District Administration’s Multi purpose hall at new DC office complex Kishtwar wherein the hoardings of various centrally sponsored schemes were seen hanging in the back during ongoing training session of VVPAT/EVM,s in which various Government employees participated.
During the course of day long training given by the experts regarding use of the newly introduced voting mechines and about guiding the voters towards polling booths.
The participants during the meeting were seen continuously making discussion on the big goofup on part of the District Administration in terms of violation of Model Code of Conduct that too within the four walls of the office of Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar who is overall custodian of implementation of Model Code of Conduct in the District.
The hoardings which continue to bless their presence within the hall are that of centrally Sponsored Scheme Beti Bachawo Beti Parhawoo and Pradhan Mantri Shram Yogi Maan Dhan schemes which is clear cut violation of the MCC presently under implementation.
