Sitting MP has not done anything for the regional aspirations: Ch Lal Singh | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Mar 29: Rajouri: It is very clear from the speeches of the prime minister that the two sitting MP of the BJP has not anything for the Dogras. While referring to the address of the prime minister, Ch Lal Singh said that PM remembers Mata Vashino Devi Ji in every election campaign but the two sitting MP's fail to convince the prime minister on the 18% of the duty imposed on the laborers working in the foothills of Mata Vaishno Devi. Dogra Swabhimaan Sangathan has strongly condemned that if the BJP is working on such policies and failed to protect the interest of labourars then what to talk of NC, Congress and PDP? He further said, it seems that the local BJP leaders are facing intellectual bankrupcey and fearing defeat in the Election, using the name of Modi only to revive their lost political ground. It is unfortunate that Hon'ble PM has been compelled to visit both the constituencies in a futile exercise to save the disgruntled candidates who have been rejected by Dogras all across. Dr. Hari Dutt Shishu, General Secretary, while addressing the gathering said that its high time for the people of Jammu to unite together and arise above parties, caste, and religions to ensure the peace in this part of the state.parties are making unethical alliances and have confessed their defeat. Its evident from the fact that candidates have nothing to show the public and depending only on the name of Modi. It appears that PM is contesting the direct election fearing the imminent defeat of their inefficient candidates. They would have very easily brought the amendment in the constitution regarding this type of the election where MP will not do anything and only prime minister of India will contest elections. |
