Dr Jitendra creating castle of imaginary 'development' to befool public: Vikramaditya
4/15/2019 11:36:17 PM
Early Times Report
hiranagar, Apr 15: Former Minister and Congress contesting candidate from Jammu-Poonch Loksabha candidate Raman Bhalla and ex Dy.CM Tara Chand, today continued campaign in favour of Congress Lok Sabha candidate from Udhampur Kathua Doda constituency Vikramaditya Singh at village Hari Saini and appealed people of Hiranagar constituency to whole heartedly vote and support Vikramaditya Singh for the development of constituency which was severely hit under BJP Govt in presence of Congress contesting candidate from Udhampur-Doda parliamentary seat Vikramditya Singh.
Prominent among those who also campaigned for Singh include, Former MLA Th.Balwan Singh, Ex MLA Prem Chand, EX MLC Subash Gupta, Block Presidents, Ward Presidents, Sarpanches, Panches, Lambardars, workers and supporters in large number.
Speaking on the occasion, Vikramaditya Singh today came down heavily on BJP candidate Dr Jitendra Singh for creating a hype over 'development' which in reality is nowhere on ground with people craving for basic amenities like never before. He claimed that the reality of the castle of imaginary 'development' which Jitendra Singh has created can be well gauged by looking into the miseries of farmers, jobless youth, border dwellers, ailing, and other sections of society which have increased manifold after he took over as MP of this constituency. In a sharp reaction against Dr Jitendra Singh's questioning on Congress party's role in the development of the Constituency, Vikramaditya retorted back saying instead of focusing on matters confronting the people of the constituency in the last over four years, sitting MP who has no connect with the constituency, is now trying to deceive people by raising non-issues and diverting their attention from joblessness, farmers' plight, poor healthcare facilities and dilapidated power, water and roads infrastructure by blaming Congress for his indifference towards this constituency.
Speaking on the occasion, Bhalla urged people to vote and support for Congress party in the coming parliamentary election. Indian national Congress has always work for the uplift of the working class especially farmers and downtrodden in the country. "UPA Government has enacted various important projects in past for the development our country, some of them are also implemented in Jammu-Kashmir which had already shown positive results," he advocated.
Appealing people to cast their vote in favour of Vikramaditya Singh for strengthening the secular character of the Country and to speed up the development in the state, Bhalla recalled the unprecedented development witnessed by the state during the tenure of Congress Govt. Exhorting people to defeat communal forces in Jammu and Kashmir, he said that the time has come for public to establish democracy at ground level.
He said that the disinformation about fake development spread by BJP IT Cell on social media sites has no takers and the reality is that BJP candidate of the constituency, who also happens to be the Minister of State for the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region, is more concerned about North East than Udhampur-Kathua Lok Sabha Constituency.
Questioning the moral grand-standing of the BJP, Bhalla said that they have nothing to boast about except taking credit for sowing seeds of mistrust between various segments of people in order to further their motivated agenda.
Speaking on the occasion, former Dy CM Tara Chand said farmers are unable to cultivate approximately 10,000 kanals of land ahead of barbed fencing and the remaining 10,000 kanals of land is not fully utilised either," he added.BJP has failed to solve our problems despite its government both at the Centre and state," he said.
