Social activist appeals voters to participate in bulk in polls

JAMMU, Apr 17: A social activist Tarun Uppal has urged the electorates to participate in bulk in the second phase of Lok Sabha polls to ensure victory of secular forces for steering Jammu and Kashmir to peace, progress and development.
Uppal said that every time the contesting candidates lured voters with false and fake promises most of them are remained unfulfilled. He raised serious concern over the hardships being faced by the people of Jammu regions as the leaders of various political parties has been failed to stand on its commitments made with the people.
He highlighted the need for isolating divisive forces by strengthening secular forces to usher the state in a new era of peace. Uppal emphasised that the youth to gear up for a big change, as that, their vote can bring a better change in the society. He appealed to the young brigade to come forward for a better change in the State.
