In total two faculty members and seven students of semester-V (3rd Year B.Arch.) registered for the course(s) coordinated by IIT-Roorkee. Course was spanned across eight weeks and involved the rigorous online assignment work every week corresponding to online Lecture modules. In addition, there was also a off-line exam for 75% of total weight age conducted by the organizers at different venues across the country. All the students i.e. Zainab Bhat, Sonam Aggarwal, Aanchal Thaman, Sadiya Tariq, Riya Choudhary, Naman Allawadi and Mohd. Hussain qualified the course with Elite Tag i.e. scoring 60% and above marks in this nationwide course conducted. Both of the two faculty members i.e. Ar. Sourovee Dutta and Ar. Anoop Sharma, qualified the course with Gold certification tag i.e. scoring 90% and above marks. Pertinent to mention that course was a very good learning resource for semester class work for the students of B. Architecture in SMVDU and all the students qualified the course with said faculty members as 'Course Mentors'. With more courses available at NPTEL now; faculty and students of the School are more motivated to take up these online courses coordinated by premier institutions of the country pertaining to regular teaching and class work.
