A&A company opens 2nd outlet of Baba Chicken

Jammu, Apr 17: A&A Company has come up with its 2nd Food Joint under the Name & Style "BABA CHICKEN" (Ludhiana Wale) at Shop No. 109, Sector 1, Near Shivaji Chowk, Nanak Nagar, Jammu. The Food Joint was inaugurated in a simple and impressive way by Manjit Kaur Anand wife of Late Harjinder Singh Anand Ex. Managing Director of Hotel Asia.
The Company is already running a Restaurant at Marble Market, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu under the same Name & Style " BABA CHICKEN". It is the best preferred Restaurant in this area. Baba Chicken is the well known for it's delicious recipes and invention of Butter Chicken and Tandoori Chicken. In 1964 Sardar Harnam Singh Ji started a business for selling cooked chicken by the name of "RED COM" at very first outlet i.e. Adjoining Society Cinema, Ludhiana. He later became a well known personality for his recipes and the art of cooking in his hands as he was very old, people used to call him "BABA JI" and people specially used to come to his outlet to eat the Chicken cooked by him, thus the name "BABA CHICKEN" came in light.
The food Joint will be providing packing for more than 60 items in its Menu which include Tandoori Chicken, Haryali Chicken, Reshmi Chicken, Mutton Seekh Kabab, Tandoori Fish, Baba Butter Chicken, Baba Butter Meat, Baba Butter Fish, Chicken , Fish & Mutton Pickle, and for the vegs it is Cheese Tikka, Baba Butter Cheese and many more to munch.
