Cats are being deputed to guard milk: AAP

Early Times Report

JAMMU, Apr 17: 'To ensure the timely redressal of grievances, Governor directs administration Secretaries to take action against corrupt officials' is the today's headline of J&K print media which of course seems that cats are being deputed for guarding milk as masses have lost faith in puppet bureaucracy which has almost developed itself as true followers rather part & parcel of our corrupt political system, expressed by S. Deep Singh the founder member & national council member of Aam Aadmi Party in a press note issued today at Jammu for media. Adding more, Governor Malik directed the Administrative Secretaries that they should take strict action if any irregularities were detected or the officers were found indulging in corruption in the Departments under their control, he added. Sorry to say that like other state well-wishers, we were also quite happy and enthusiastic when 'Anti-Corruption Bureau' (ACB) was shaped by Governor to deal firmly & promptly against corruption but its performance based outcome during recent past is now well exposed like other so-called anti-graft bodies like 'State Vigilance Commission' (SVC) & 'State Accountability Commission' (SAC) intentionally being made defunct by Congress, NC, PDP & BJP through legislation for their personal wellbeing, press note revealed. Though there is no political government in the state at present but major part of state bureaucracy is either directly involved in corrupt practice of the past or indirectly connected with loot of recently out gone political rulers of unholy PDP-BJP alliance, it further revealed. Actions mostly depend on intentions which are still missing with state Governor otherwise, in one stroke, scanning report of all corrupt can be managed for any logical conclusion, it added. We will humbly request Governor Malik to show his worth as an effective 'Chowkidar' by some meaningful & results oriented actions instead of an eye wash like directions to the puppet bureaucracy, Deep Singh stated. We must not forget that Governor rule is the only stage where certain exemplary trends can be set for larger public interests and as a lesson for corrupt political rulers too, he added. If possible, Governor Malik should take all possible steps for restoring the glory & fear of the state anti-graft bodies which are being put on ventilator by the corrupt successive governments of Cong-NC or PDP-BJP, he urged.
