Early Times Report
Kishtwar, Apr 17: The Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) that always advocates for putting up the curbs on the functioning of the Madrass all over the country by referring them as "Terror factories" uses the minor Mardassa children's in Inderwal constituency to make the gathering during the political rally of MoS Dr. Jitendra Singh at Challer Batyas in Gundow area of Doda District on 15-4-2018.
In the video available with "Early Times" the local Muslim Morcha organized the political rally in the village Cheller, but fail to gather the crowd as a result of which the minor children's of the Madrassa Ganitul Aloom Anwarpur Challer, a recognized Primary School Madrassa in the education Department was used by the party to show the gathering, the rally also attended by senior BJP leader Munish Sharma along with BJP contesting candidate from Udhampur-Doda-Kishtwar parliamentary seat.
The students of the Madrassa was clearly seen singing patriotic songs to impress the BJP leaders with the hope that party will help them in extending the recognition of the Madrassa which is going to expire at the end of 2019 academic session issued vide No. CEO/D/Pvt/31361-63 dated 8-12-2016 by CEO Doda.
The participation of the minor children in a political rally by the BJP is being seen as violation of the Model Code of Conduct to which Congress party demanded action from the Election Commission of India against the BJP leaders including party Candidate Dr. Jatindra Singh.
