Stephens International Public School hosts 'Book Fair'

Jammu, Apr 23: Stephens International Public School, Miran Sahib commemorated the World Book Day by starting a week-long book fair in the school library.
The event is aimed at strengthening reading habits among the budding learners and promoting reading beyond textbooks by offering a wide spectrum of books. Inaugurating the Book Fair, the Director Satvinder Saini said that multiplicity of books ranging from rhymes, drawing, art books and general awareness books to literature and grammar books of Hindi and English showcased on the shelves would be a source of delight for students.
A special discount of 50% was also announced. Dean Academics Rama Jamwal along with the Vice Principal Manoj Kumar urged the students to take full advantage of the fair and refine their reading skills as well as enrich their vocabulary. The efforts of the librarian Geetu Verma were also commended.
