RAJOURI, Apr 25: National Council for Urban and Rural Development Society (NCURDS) Jammu in collaboration with Government Girls Higher Secondary School organized a three day workshop-cum training camp entitled "Popularisation of Science Activities under S.T PLAN (Project)". The Resource persons who will be interacting in the three day workshop with the participants included Dr. Ashiq Hussain, Principal, Govt. Degree College, Chatroo, Kishtwar, Kuldeep Gupta, Master GGHS Simbal Camp, Jammu and Shamaile Nabi, Assistant Professor Galgotia College Greater Noida Delhi. The first day of the programme was focused on plants where different activities under the guidance of Dr. Ashaq Hussain and Shamaile Nabi, the main resource persons of the program, carried out experiments related to the seed germination. The experiments regarding effects of light, temperature, water, soil, etc on seed germination were set up on the very first day of the program. |
