| Two drug peddlers booked in Bhaderwah | | |

BHADERWAH, May 1: As a part of drive against drug abuse launch by District Police Doda, teams of Police Station Bhaderwah led by SHO PS Bhaderwah Inspr. Munir Ahmed khan and Iftkhar Ahmed SDPO Bhaderwah conduced raids and arrested two drug peddlers Mohd Saleem S/o Abdul Majeed Lone & Asim Batt S/o Abdul Rasheed both residents of Kotli Bhaderwah.
After arrests, both the accused were produced before Tehsildar Bhaderwah and by the orders of Executive Magistrate Ist class the accused were booked U/S 107/151/110 Crpc and lodged in District Jail Kishtwar for a period of one month. Arrests were made Under the Supervision of Raj Singh Goria ASP Bhaderwah on the directions of Shabir Ahmed Malik SSP Doda.
It is pertinent to mention that Bhaderwah Police is committed to eradicate the menace of Drug Abuse from Bhaderwah , and in this regards notorious drug peddlers are being booked under Preventive detention and lodged in Jail, Moreover people has also been made aware about Drug Abuse through Police-Public meetings, and Lectures are also being delivered in School and Colleges.
