Jammu, May 1: On the occasion of Labour day, Deputy Mayor, Jammu Municipal Corporation distributed Langer/Food to the needy people in the Government Medical College, Maheshpura, Jammu. The langer was organized by the staff of Government Medical College.
Deputy Mayor, Jammu Municipal Corporation was invited as Chief Guest on the occasion. Deputy Mayor appreciated the efforts of the staff for arranging langer for the needy people and said that such efforts must be the continuous process and everyone should contribute in such type of events for the welfare of the weaker section of the society. She further stressed upon to maintain hygiene and cleaner environment. She gives on the spot directions to the Health Officer and Chief Transport Officer, Jammu Municipal Corporation to maintain proper sanitation facilities in and around the Government Medical College, Jammu. |
