Panthers fast emerging as viable alternative in Jammu: Harsh
5/3/2019 12:01:06 AM
Early Times Report

Ramnagar, May 2: Appealing the people to strengthen and support Panthers Party, Harsh Dev Singh JKNPP Chairman and Former Minister today said that it was high time that Dogras identified and acknowledged the services of those who were actually championing the cause of Jammu. We need to clearly distinguish between those who are genuinely fighting for the cause of Dogras and those who are paying mere lip service for vote bank politics, he said. The traditional parties, said Singh, have always indulged in power politics and had belied the hopes of people each time they were voted to power. He said that political opportunism of these parties was amply demonstrated in November 2018 from the dog fight and desperation amongst them for forming the govt by hook or crook but their evil designs were timely thwarted by the dissolution of the State Assembly. These political opportunists stood fully exposed and the public should give them a befitting reply in the days to come, said Singh. Accusing the BJP of having betrayed the collective sentiment of Dogras, Singh said that NPP was all prepared to provide a viable alter-native to the people of Jammu region who had been subjected to worst humiliation by saffron party. Those who failed to honour their promise of holiday on 23rd September, birthday of Maharaja Hari Singh or even rake up the issue in Assembly or in govt meetings while in power, could no longer be trusted by the people, said Singh.
