| GLDM college organizes invitational lecture | | | Early Times Report
HIRANAGAR, May 2: GLDM Degree College Hiranagar organized an invitational lecture on the topic "X-rays: A Boon For humanity and Material Research".
The programme was organized by Prof. Rajnikant Department of Physics and Electronics University of Jammu under the patronage of IQAC in collaboration with Physics department GDC Hiranagar. The program started with the lighting of traditional lamp. Principal GDC Hiranagar Dr TR Sharma gave a brief account of the achievements and stressed the students to inculcate research oriented habits and scientific temperament.
Prof. Rajnikant deliberated upon the use of X Rays in the field of medical and material research. About 100 participants which include students and faculty members attended the lecture. |
