| PHDCC delegation calls on Director Industries | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, May 3: A delegation of PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry today called on Director Industries Anoo Malhotra and apprised him about their grievances.
The delegation was led by Chairman Vikrant Kuthiala. Rakesh Wazir, Co-Chair PHDCCI Jammu region requested that other benefits like interest subsidy and reimbursement of GST and income tax should also be considered for the hotel industry.
Kuldeep Gupta, Co-Chair PHDCCI Jammu Region took up the issues faced by the Industrial units at Hira Nagar Industrial Area with regard to erratic power supply to the industrial units.
He informed the Director Industries that the industrial unit set up in Industrial area Hira Nagar are facing huge power crises and are almost at the edge of shutting down their operation.
Malhotra gave a patient hearing and appreciated efforts of PHDCCI.
Director Industries shared with the delegation brief snapshots of reforms undertaken by the Industries & Commerce Department under Ease of Doing Business.
Vivek Bhardwaj and Aditya Vaid were present from PHDCCI along with officials of Directorate Industries and Commerce. |
