Poonch, May 3: Pradhan Mantri Grameen Sarak Yojna (PMGSY) and Revinue Department Poonch is accused by a local Mohd Sharief Kohli of Chandak of ignoring him since 2008.
According to Sahrief Kohli, PMGSY excavated road from his land bearing number khasra 486, 507, 489 situated in village Chandak and khasra number 380/380 situated in village Kalai in 2008 and still failed to provide compensation to him. Kohli said, "out of his total land 3 kanals 4 Marlas is under Kalai-Chandak to Kalai road and measuring 8 kanals and 12 Marlas under occupation of malba" decree in favour of Kohli has been decided by Honorable court and department has suggested to provide suitable funds in favour of him and departments don't provide compensation of land to him. Sahrief Kohli informed early times that he has approached to all officers of Revinue and PMGSY departments but departments faield to provide compensation to him and openly condemned Honorable Court's order. Sharief Kohli has appealed to Governor Satya Pal Malik to intervene the matter and take strict appropriate action against PMGSY and Revinue officials. |
