| Police recover stolen laptop, held 3 thieves | | |

DODA, May 3: Police claimed to have recovered a stolen laptop with the arrest of three thieves involved in the act of theft.
According to police sources, acting on a written complaint of Tariq Hussain of Jangalwar tehsil Phagsoon lodged on April 29, a case FIR No 27/2019 U/S 457/380 RPC was registered at Police Station Thathri regarding theft of laptop from his house following which a team led by SHO Police Station Thathri started investigation. During the course of investigation, number of suspects were rounded up and during questioning three thieves identified Chander Parkash son of Yashpal Singh of Chamoti Tehsil Drabshalla Distt Kishtwar, Ashish Kumar son of Sudesh Kumar of Barshalla Tehsil Thathri and Vikas Manhas of Pardeep Singh of Thathri Tehsil Thathri were arrested and stolen laptop recovered from their possession. Further investigation in the case was going on. |
