DODA, May 3: Chiralla area is in dark for the last many days as Power Development Department (PDD) is in deep slumber. Students, officials and public of area are thereby suffering without power.
It is very unfortunate that PDD is totally failed to do perform its duty upto the mark in Chiralla as residents of the area has no electricity for the last three days. It is sort of a routine that after few hours of electricity supply, the department initiates long cuts. Despite knowing that academic session is on peak and private exams of secondary class is going on these days, cuts are being imposed on regular basis due to which the students get disturbed, locals told Early Times. The general public of Chiralla has appealed the Deputy Commissioner of Doda to intervene in the matter otherwise people of the area have no option other than protest against the department and administration.
