Sources said fake mutation has been made by the land grabbers in connivance of Revenue officials.
Sources said migrants residential houses, shops, agriculture land, orchards and land belonging to religious places has been grabbed almost in every part of Valley and the authorities at the helm of affairs have failed to take action by restoring the land of displaced Pandits or that of their religious places to them.
The newly constructed houses in Srinagar and its outskirts have either been encroached by mafia or were purchased by on throwaway prices taking advantage of distress of displaced people in open violation of 1997 Distress Sale Act
