Handover Kishtwar to army, BJP to hold 3 hour sit-in

jammu, May 5: In order to put pressure on state and center government to handover Kishtwar district to army after the killings of top RSS leader Chanderkant Sharma and his PSO, the Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) has decided to hold three hour sit in infront of Dak Banglow tomorrow.
The decision to hold three hour sit in was taken during the successive meetings of District units of BJP , BJYM and Women wing of the party held at BJP headquarter Kishtwar.
"These killings have spread a wave of scare amongst the Hindu community. Despite repeated protests nothing worth has been achieved and killer are still at large" said BJP in a statement issued by party unit.
Kishtwar added that it was as such decided in the meetings of the three bodies of district BJP and also in consultation with former minister Sunil kumar Sharma that a 3 hours dharna will be organized in front of Dak Banglow Kishtwar on 7.0 5 2019 at 11 AM to impress upon the Govt to implement the demands which include a special group of operations be entrusted with the job of liquidating all the terrorists involved behind the murders. The group, as per the demand may also be made wholly and solely responsible for preventing such killings in future, an all-out operation be ordered involving the army assisted by security forces and VDCS.
They also urged the government not to disarm the existing VDCs.
The party also stated that the local administrative setup has totally failed and demanded that the officers be shifted forth with and enquiry ordered against them.
The party also decided that such dhrana will be organized at Mandal level throughout the district.
