Jammu, May 8: In a major breakthrough within few Police identified and arrested accused of yesterday's murder of a lady, whose body found near Gold Gym, Bahu Plaza in pool of blood late in evening. Addressing media persons, here today SSP Jammu Tejinder Singh said that the accused of yesterday's murder case, Vijay Gill has been arrested, who killed his wife Sheetal. "Based on different leaders and analysis of CCTV footages we zero-downed husband of deceased lady as the killer his wife and during interrogation, he confessed to having committed the crime", the SSP Jammu said. Yesterday, Trikuta Nagar Police received information about the incident and rushed on spot. "The Police found the lady in pool of blood shifted to Hospital, where doctors declared her brought dead", he said and added within the few hours of the incident police arrested main accused who confessed his crime he added. He said that a case in the connection has been registered at Trikuta Nagar Police Station. "Murder case, FIR No. 125/19 under section 302 RPC registered against, Vijay Gill son Jaswant Gill resident of Preet Nagar Jammu", he added. The investigation conducted by SHO Trikuta Nagar Parvez Sajad under supervision of SDPO East Rajinder Singh Rahi and SP South Vinay Sharma. |
