Jammu, May 8: Senior Trade Union leader and Senior Vice Chairman of JK ReT Teachers Forum Bhupinder Singh appealed Governor Administration to convert all Undergraduate RReTs, Unregularised Rets, Left out RRets and KGBV Teachers to Teacher Grade II within short span of time Singh said that when SSA Teachers were Protesting than Advisor to Governor assured the representatives of forum to resolve the issue of SSA teachers, but till time Undergraduate RReTs, Unregularised ReTs and Left Out RReTs are waiting for their Conversion to Teacher Grade II. Singh also Stressed upon Governor Administration to frame regularization Policy for all Unregularised Employees working in different departments from last many years like Education, PHE, PDD, PWD, Social Welfare, Medical etc and adjust Educated Youths of Jammu and Kashmir in different departments through SSRB and Public Service Commission instead of daily wagers, Casual labrours, need basis and Contractual employees. Singh also demanded Restoration of Mediclaim policy in favour of State Govt Employees and Enhancement of Medical Allowance from existing Rate of Rs. 300/- p.m. to Rs.4000/- p.m. Singh also appealed all the employees of State to unite in a Single Platform for the welfare of employees and start agitation in favour of genuine demands of employees if Governor Administration fails to fulfill the demands of employees within Short span of time. |
