Sadguru Kabir Sabha meeting held at Udhampur

Udhampur, May 12: A meeting of Shri Sadguru Kabir Sabha Udhampur was hold under the the chairmanship of Chairman Saint Guru Kabir Sabha, Udhampur, Ved Parkash at Kabir Bhawan, Baryal, Udhampur here today.
During the meeting detailed discussion regarding various issues to grand success of upcoming Saint Kabir Jayanti in District as well as tehsil and block levels.
Briefing about the various arrangements, the Chairman Kabir Sabha Udhampur, Ved Parkash said that Saint Guru Kabir Sabha (SGKS) Udhampur is going to celebrate "Parkash Utsav" of Saint Kabir Sahib on 23rd June, 2019 at Kabir Bhawan, Baryal near Air Force Station in Udhampur. He further said that Kabir sabha would also celebrate "Parkash Utsav" of Saint Kabir Sahib at tehsil and block level in the district on different dates including Ramnagar & Sermanjla on June 17, 2019, Majalta on 30th June, 2019 , at Mali in Panchari Block on 5th July, 2019, Kulwanta on July 7, 2019, 14th July, 2019 at Bhagata and Panjgarian on July 21,2019 respectively.
Chairman of the sabha said that a Shobha Yatra will be taken out on the occasion which will start from various chowk Udhampur at 9. 00 am sharp comprising various Jhankis. The procession will move through Venus Chowk, Salan Talab, Chabutra Bazaar, Dabar Chowk, Mukharjee Bazaar, Ramnagar Chowk, Slathia Chowk , Dhar Road, Kallar, Industrial Estate and finally culminate at Kabir Bhawan, Baryal, where rich tributes will be paid to the Great Spiritual Saint.
Later, President of the Sabha, Mr. Ram Lal also told in the meeting that sabha is going to honour the meritorious students who excel in academic and professional examination. He appealed to all the followers of Saint Kabir to reach at Kabir Bhawan Baryal Udhampur for mass participation so that the Parkash Utsav of Saint Kabir Sahib may be celebrated with great fervor and enthusiasm .
Among others, President, SGKS, Mr. Ram Lal, Gen. Secretary, Durga Dass, Youth President, Raj Kumar, Senior Vice President, Chuni Lal, Cashier, Om Parkash and all active members of the Sabha were present on the occasion.
