Jammu, May 13: Bharat Vikas Parishad, J&K Prant today constituted newly established Tridev branch, Shastri Nagar in Arya Samaj Mandir Gandhi Nagar.
M.L. Padha was elected President, Darshan Gupta as Secretary and Rajeev langar as Treasure. The newly elected office bearers and the branch members were administered the oath of office by Vannet Garg, National Additional Secretary General and Sushil Sharma National Secretary.
Vaneet Garg and Sushil Sharma addressed the gathering and gave details of objects and achievements of the BVP throughout the country having about 1500 branches in India which are selflessly working for the development and uplift of backward areas and down trodden people, without any aid from the govt.
Distinguish members of the newly branch also attended the inaugural ceremony included Shiv Ram Sharma, Mukund Lal Gupta, Krishan Lal Gupta, Brita Ram Sharma, P. C. Verma, Janak Singh, M. M. Sharma, R. P. Gandotra, R. C. Chopra, Sat Paul Sharma, Prof. Neel Kanth, Surrinder Kapoor, Sunil Sharma, Yash Paul Sharma, Vinod Abrol and Ajay Gupta. |
