Jammu, May 13: A local court on Monday rejected the bail application of a man accused of raping a minor girl a year ago.
The Presiding Officer, Fast Track Court, Haq Nawz Zargar, rejected the bail application of Ravi Rakwal who allegedly raped a 13-year-old girl on March 13, 2018.
Rakwal had allegedly raped the minor in her home in Janipur area of Jammu when her parents had gone for work. The court, after hearing both the sides, observed that in view of the "nature and seriousness of the charge, the bail application is rejected". |
