Police solves Hit & Run accident case, driver arrested 5/15/2019 10:07:17 PM Kathua, May 15: Police solved hit and run accident case within an hour of the incident in which one person lost his life. As per reports, a incident took place at NHW at Kalibari Kathua when a pedestrian namely Sansar Singh son of Janak Singh resident of Pallad Kathua was hit by Mahindra load carrier bearing registration number PB08EF-9714 being driven rashly and negligently going towards Punjab which fled away from the spot. Police after receiving the information rushed to spot and shifted the victim to DH Kathua. Police instantly sounded alert to all the checkpoints especially on NHW. Police team led by SI Vishal Incharge Police post Hatli with swift response succeeded in intercepting the vehicle near Kharote Morh and apprehended its driver namely Balkar Singh son of Dalbir Singh resident of Bilour Pathankot Punjab.
