| After dismissed of the case Pak requested India to decide the mutual difference on their own without any mediator or any third party interference. Hence India convened a meeting at Simla and Pak Prime Minister was invited wherein it was decided that mutual difference will be decided mutually without any mediator or third party inclusion and further Pak requested to release its war prisoners, which were released and LOC was declared actual line of control. The meeting was conducted in good atmosphere with the decision to refer the issue in the next meeting for further discussion to decide the issue. But Alas! Pakistan did not pay any heed to include Kashmir issue in the agenda despite convening of so many meetings. However despite submitting representations protests parliament resolution Pakistan ignored the efforts exerted by India to further discuss over the matter vide Simla agreement.
As Pakistan had no Dore or mutual talk as it wished to grab the state with the might of forces and Muslim world powers. Therefore it approached to the world power especially the UNO and OIC along with other Muslim power but the entire world ruling leaders therefore it was not feasible for them to interfere in bilateral issue and it was letter it should self solved with them amicably. Pakistan in spite of time and again wanted to misuse the UN office against India by leveling baseless so many charges of suppression that Kashmiri Muslims, but could not achieved the goal. However keeping in view of Pak violence to look into the issue for everlasting peace the Foreign Minister. India declared in the Secretary Council that in the shadow of swords and in the horrors of guns and cannons any peace talk was not possible. Therefore Pak first stop terrorism and create on genial atmospheres before initiating peace talk and secondly Pak should declare the mode of surrendering the territory encroached upon during aggression to it but no positive reply had been received from it as yet.
It is encouraging that the UN Security General repeated his verdict again to refresh the memory of ruling leader f the world powers to strict for its verdict of the Kashmir case. The issue case is bilateral, which to be decided bilaterally vides Simla agreement and UN Kashmir relating resolutions had now no weight in the light of Simla agreement.
India on legal and historical basis had fundamental right to amalgamate Jammu and Kashmir State as one of the parts of its country like other but Pakistan unnecessary is adamant to treat the state as a disputed territory without producing any argument. Therefore it should have a part of Pakistan as it was a Muslim majority state, which the state was not a part of portion plan as it was a princely state and the ruler of the state was competent absolutely to decide the fate of his state. Which be followed with letter and spirit and acceded to India on 26th October 1947, in terms of the constitutional law on the issue? The world powers knew the genet which Pak ignored deliberately. Pak had twisted the issue and desired to solve the issue through plebiscite therefore it took by hobnobbing valley based stipendiary lobby headed by Mirwaiz raised un-authenticating and ambiguous issue through Plebiscite to solve the unrest for the people of the State, which had rejected already by it, in the UN security Council. The original status of the state has been altered by it without taking into confidence UNO and India and plebiscite was not for the present status of the state. Thus it is not applied for the present state. Therefore rejecting plebiscite proposal cannot be taken in view on the whimsical ground. Apart from that the plebiscite is not any escape for solution, but it complicates the issue and creates communal wedge. The Pak and its stipendiary lobby should know that plebiscite formula is applied only to those people who lead their lives under slavery of colonial rule. So any demand which dismembers the nation at the cost of sovereignty conducting themselves in compliance with the principle of equal rights and self determination of the people and this process of a government representing the whole belonging to the territory without destruction by any kind cannot be conceded to Kashmir which does not qualify the demand for secession. They are the part of the national of India inherently since the times immoral cannot be alienated merely the found of religion. How long partition and further portion and accords will continue. The consequences of partition of British India were horrible and heart breaking. The same will not be repeated. Therefore further partition at the cost of human slaughtering further sextual is not possible.

These some of Kashmiri Muslims have to stay with other Muslims of India plebiscite formula has discord internationally.
Thus the Hurriyat headed Mirwaiz despite knowing the facts and the consequence of his baseless demand, even then be started to agitate the people as a Moulvi for his new born demand with the support of Pakistan, Kashmir is a political issue and to be solved political according to their aspiration. Now the with support of Pakistan started blood shedding terror agitation against India and started disruptive activities en-mass killings, communal midge unrest and dread in the name of religion and paralyses the administration. He should that Pak first supported Taliban in establishing this government in Afghanistan and got it recognized by South Arbia but latter on it withdrawn its support under allure merit of Anglo American policy against terrorism resulting in the dismissed of Afghan Government. Similarly as its mind set it is expected to repeat to deceive him as soon as its issue is solved with India. Under the circumstances he should consider that his future prospection lies with India, under the circumstances he should consider that his future prospection with India to get positive fruitful results, instead of fighting with the support of Pak supported terrorists to bow down India.
