Poonch, May 20: Assistant Regional Transport Officer Poonch remains absent from his office but is found in other offices of the town.
Sources informed that Poonch people have suffered a lot due to negligence of ARTO and have held protests against him, but higher authorities are unmoved and mute spectators. The ARTO meets people in other office. Locals informed that, this has become a routine of ARTO and people are sick of his behaviour. They have appealed to higher authorities of Motor Vehicle Department to provide competent and honest ARTO for Poonch at earliest. |
