| DM imposes section-144 around examination centres | | |
Kishtwar, May 22: District Magistrate (DM) Kishtwar Angrez Singh Rana imposed prohibitory orders under section 144 Cr. P. C around the examination centres of district Kishtwar.
The order was imposed to ensure smooth conduct of bi-annual winter zone examination by JKBOSE for 11th class commecing from 23-05-2019 and to check the external interference.
"Under section 144 Cr. P. C, any person not concerned with the conduct of examination in any manner, shall not be allowed to enter within 100 meters radius of the examination centres", said DM Kishtwar adding that no person shall be allowed to use loud speaker within 100 metre radius of the examination centre/Hall during examination.
Only the examinees/supervisory staff of the examination centres and security forces personnel deployed for examination duty and authorities connected with the smooth conduct of examinations shall be allowed to enter 100 meters radius of the examination centers. The concerned Tehsildar/SHO shall implement the order in letter and spirit. |
