| Yuva Panthers deputation calls on XEn PHE, seeks proper water supply | | |

jammu, May 24: A deputation of Yuva Panthers (YP) along with the locals of Ward No 32 met with Executive Engineer PHE regarding the poor supply of drinking water. Led by Bhanu Partap Singh (Jammu West President YP) and Kapil Dev Mehra (Vice President Jammu West YP, the deputation said that the PHE department has failed to ensure proper supply of drinking water to the people of the area. Bhanu Pratap alleged that most of the water pumping stations in the area are lying defunct and pipes have broken. The concerned PHE staff has failed to provide supply of water despite repeated requests for the last many months. He blamed the officials of PHE departments for turning blind eye over the scarcity of water. |
